03. Space Planning
Using the dimensions and details you provide, we’ll create a customized 2D floor plan to maximize functionality and flow. This layout will ensure every square foot of your rental is designed to enhance your guests’ experience.
04. Design Boards
Here’s where the magic happens! We’ll present mood boards and detailed design boards showcasing the style, color palette, furniture, and decor for your space. You’ll get a chance to review and provide feedback to ensure the final design reflects your vision.
05. Shopping List
Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive a curated shopping list with links to purchase everything you need—from furniture to decor. We focus on budget-friendly options that deliver both style and durability to meet the demands of a rental property.
06. Install Guide
To bring the design to life, we’ll provide a detailed installation guide. This step-by-step plan includes tips on arranging furniture, hanging decor, and setting up your space just like the design boards. You’ll have all the tools to transform your rental into a guest-ready retreat.
