Meet Andrea, Founder & Lead Designer

My path into design started with my own investment properties. Buying them, renovating them, and becoming mildly obsessed with how much a space can change through the right decisions. This quickly turned into a real love for the design process itself, not just how a space looks, but how it functions, flows, and ultimately makes people feel when they walk into it.

I learned pretty quickly that great spaces rarely happen by accident. The best ones feel effortless when you experience them, but there’s a huge amount of strategy, problem solving and detail behind the scenes making that happen. This perspective now carries through into every project, as we create spaces built to perform in competitive markets all across the map.

Today, I work alongside a team of talented collaborators, which means more eyes on the details and best in the biz turnaround time.

“Great design isn't just about making a space look beautiful, it's about making it feel like somewhere worth staying.”

The mission:

Andrea approaches every project with the same core belief: that thoughtful, intentional design is one of the most powerful tools a short term rental owner has.

The philosophy:

It starts with understanding the guest, the market, and the story the space has the potential to tell. From there it's about making decisions that are as strategic as they are creative, balancing style with function, personality with practicality, and vision with budget.

The goal is always the same: a space that earns its reviews.

“Andrea was great to work with, especially as a first time host. She was always quick to get back to me and address any issues that came up when we started putting everything together at the property.”
